Ken Fry sent me these photos of his Alpine voice navigation monitor flush mounted into the dash where the OBC used to be in his '98 M3/4 (OBC was relocated to glove box and is still 100% usable) The housing for the monitor is made of wood, then sanded, sprayed and pressure fitted into the hole. The head unit is an Alpine in-dash CD changer. The phone is attached by a Profit custom bracket that is made for the E36. (Click on images for larger version) |
